Thanks Dan. Always good to get some feedback. You're right about 'The March.' This was inspired by 'The Long Walk' by Stephen King. Read it recently and thought it was great. I'd never heard of it before until recently. Although it's under his pseudonym Richard Bachman I've heard of the other stories like 'Thinner' and 'The Running Man' but not this one. Someone made a video about it recently so decided to check it out and glad I did. Don't know why it hasn't been made into a movie or mini series as it would make a huge impact and could be a commentary on fame, wealth, life death and what makes us human.
There we are. I did think they were making a movie about it. This and The Running Man have influenced so many modern dystopian films that it will be interesting to see how they adapt it
I think I read Edgar Wright is also remaking The Running Man to make it closer to the original text
Yeah definitely have heard that they're remaking 'The Running Man' but closer to the original story. Reading it now and it's like the Fugitive. The hero can go anywhere in the world rather than contained in downtown LA.
These are great Jason. However, Welcome Home Daddy and Autopsy Blues are my favourites. The March is also great and reminded me of “The Long Walk” by Stephen King. It’s one of his earliest books, written before Carrie, and it’s one of his best 👍🏼

Be intrigued to see both of these 👍🏼

I love little mini horror stories.
